Daily exercise is a powerful tool for combating stress and anxiety, promoting a healthier, more balanced mind. Even small steps, like a quick walk or gentle stretching, can trigger the release of endorphins—your brain’s natural mood boosters.
You don’t need to be an athlete to experience the benefits—movement in any form can help clear your mind, improve focus, and reduce feelings of overwhelm. No matter your ability, incorporating physical activity into your routine is a simple way to take care of both your body and mental well-being.
Move With IMPI
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month this October, we're encouraging everyone to Move With IMPI for their mental well-being. Each week, we’ll share simple ways to be active—like running, yoga and easy strength exercises (think lunges and squats) that you can do at home. We’d love for you to join the IMPI tribe and share how you’re taking time for self-care and staying active throughout October! Join the movement!
Week 1 Challenge:
WALKING
We’re kicking off this initiative with something simple but powerful—an easy walk. Find some time in your day to go for a stroll around the block, through the park, or with a friend—whatever feels right for you. Take a break, clear your mind, and feel the boost in your mood! Share a video of your Move With IMPI for a chance to be featured on our socials and let's spread the word about keeping active for your mental well-being! Join the movement!
What's Next
